Q: How far in advance do I need to order large amounts or for special occasions?
A: We would appreciate 48 hours notice for large and special orders, although, we love to accommodate any order; please call us to see if we can make it happen.
For orders that require us to special order ingredients or decorations, two weeks would be appreciated. Additional charges may apply.
Q: What if I want to order two dozen or less?
A: To ensure you receive the flavors you desire, please order by 12pm the day before pick-up.
Q: Can I get any flavors I want when special ordering?
A: You may order in any increments you desire of the flavors the day of pick-up. If you are craving a flavor that is not offered on that day, please order the flavors in increments of one dozen. Specialty flavors that are not on our seasonal schedule may require a larger minimum. Please see our seasonal flavors list available for special order on our menu page.
Q: What if I forgot to order and I need cupcakes the same day?
A: We never want anyone to go without cupcakes…we unfortunately do not set cupcakes aside the day of pick-up. In order to ensure you get cupcakes and specific flavors we highly recommend you pay us a visit in the morning.
Q: What are your wedding and special event prices?
A: We pride ourselves on making every event special for the clients and do not have predetermined packages and pricing. We customize the entire event to the client during a consultation. If you are interested in learning more and sharing your wants and wishes, please schedule a consultation where we will get down to business with details, displays and pricing.
Q: Do you make cakes?
A: We are giddy to be able to specialize in the best (our regulars tell us so!) gourmet cupcakes around and have been successful in making events memorable with special decorations and flavors. Please ask us how we can make your event special with cupcakes…cakes are nice, but cupcakes are the so new thing! Everyone else is doing it, why don’t you!
Q: Do you make smaller versions of your yummy goods for catering and parties?
A: Sure! Cuppiecakes are the mini version of our specialty; there is an order minimum of four dozen per flavor. We also make 1oz and 2oz cookies besides our 3oz treats; there is an order minimum of one dozen per flavor.
Q: Do you make any other desserts?
A: It’s in our name, isn’t it? We love to make cut out sugar cookies, brownies, zebra brownies, rice crispy treats and peanut butter crispy treats. If you desire another type of dessert, please give us a call to see if we can make that dream come true; we love to experiment!
Q: Do you bake with preservatives?
A: We wouldn’t even know the first thing about baking with preservatives! We pride ourselves on keeping preservatives and shortening far, far away from our kitchen. Only the finest ingredients are used to create these little cakes of joy!
Q: Should I be worried about food allergies?
A: In our kitchen we bake with all kinds of nuts…this is the reason why we do not recommend our treats for anyone with a nut allergy. Although, we do not use nuts everyday, we are not the kind to risk these serious allergies.
Our chocolate cupcake is the only cake that does not use eggs or milk products, however, all of our frostings contain milk products.
Q: What do I do with the cupcakes if I am not using them right away?
A: Since our cupcakes and cookies are guaranteed for two days, we recommend you store them in an airtight container either at room temperature or in the refrigerator if you have some with cream cheese frosting or a filling.
